Ok. So a while back I posted about some action figures I ordered. Well it took two and a half months to arrive. So, yeah, not the best service I could have gotten, but apprently the online vendor's supplier wasn't very straight with them.

Very cool figures. Both are currently resting on my computer monitor at home. I think I'm going to have to hunt down the rest of the figures in the series. Each figure comes with an extra piece, which when fully assembled forms a very large Sentinel. Depending on how I feel after work, I might drop by Wal-Mart or Toys-R-Us and pick up one more if they have them (they didn't last time I looked, but that was around Christmas time).

Also I got into a stress test for the beta of Dungeon and Dragons Online. I like it but don't love it. Some good parts, and some parts that I think would drag after a while. I doubt it's going to get me to replace World of Warcraft or City of Heroes/Villians. But it's fun for the moment. Rogue's actually feel like typical D&D Rogues (disarming traps, finding secret doors, picking locks, dying at the drop of a hat :p ). Not sure if I like that it's set in Ebberon rather then the default D&D setting or Forgotten Realms (or Planescape, but that would never happen), but the Warforged (basically iron golems given sentience) are pretty cool to look at.

I'm still waiting for my Federal refund to deposit into my account. I'm going to want to start looking at Vegas hotels by the beginning of March, and I'm only going to do that if I have the washer & dryer paid off.

What else? Grandpa's ok for now. He's had surgery for his liver last week, and other then the side effect of flu like symptoms, he's doing all right. I'm not sure when they'll operate/treat the cancer at this point.

Otherwise life is ok. Which is pretty much all I ever ask for.
